Refund Policy
Short version: Blue Training sells immediate-access digital study products. Once access is supplied, all sales are final except to the extent a refund or other remedy is required by a non-excludable law. We do not provide voluntary refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, discounts, make-goods, or other compensation for change of mind, non-use, mistaken assumptions, or dissatisfaction with a clearly disclosed digital product.
1. Digital Products
Blue Training products are digital study resources delivered online. Paid access may include learning modules, practice quizzes, PDF downloads, unlimited attempts, and a Blue Training completion certificate. These products are supplied immediately after checkout or account unlock.
2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstance
Payments are final once digital access has been supplied, except to the extent a refund or other remedy is required by a non-excludable law. Blue Training does not provide voluntary refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, discounts, make-goods, or other compensation for reasons including:
- change of mind, buyer's remorse or finding another provider after purchase;
- not starting, finishing or passing a quiz or module;
- not reading the course page, accreditation disclaimer, price, terms or certificate description before purchase;
- duplicate or accidental purchases caused by user action;
- entering the wrong name, email, date of birth or learner details;
- device, browser, internet, email-delivery or local access issues outside our control;
- technical interruption, temporary downtime, maintenance, error, or delayed access restoration; or
- an employer, RTO, regulator, site, licensing authority or other third party refusing to accept Blue Training material or a Blue Training completion certificate.
3. No Voluntary Exceptions
Blue Training does not operate a goodwill refund process. Support may help restore access or troubleshoot a course issue, but this does not create any entitlement to a refund, credit, exchange, transfer, discount, make-good, or other compensation.
4. Technical Access Issues
If you paid but did not receive access due to a technical issue, contact us with the purchase email, course name and order reference. Our remedy is limited to reasonable support and access restoration where we are able to verify the purchase, except to the extent another remedy is required by a non-excludable law. No voluntary refund, credit, exchange, transfer, discount, make-good, or other compensation will be provided.
5. Unauthorised or Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe a transaction was unauthorised or fraudulent, contact your bank or payment provider directly and notify us at support@bluetraining.com.au. We may suspend access while the transaction is investigated. Blue Training does not issue direct refunds for disputed, unauthorised, or fraudulent transactions.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may provide the payment processor, acquiring bank, card network, financial institution or dispute-resolution platform with relevant evidence records, including your account name and email, IP address (IPv4 or IPv6), browser user agent, approximate geo-location derived from network or hosting headers where available, session ID, payment provider, payment transaction ID, checkout and terms-acceptance timestamps, login events, course-consumption percentages, module, lesson or video start and completion events, quiz events, PDF downloads and certificate records.
6. How to Request a Review
Email support@bluetraining.com.au with your full name, purchase email, course, order reference, transaction date, and a clear explanation of the issue. Support requests are for access restoration and troubleshooting only; they are not refund requests.

This Refund Policy forms part of the Blue Training Terms & Conditions. By purchasing or accessing a paid product, you accept that all sales are final and no voluntary refunds are offered once digital access is supplied, except to the extent a refund or other remedy is required by a non-excludable law.
